The new Indiana Governor will appoint the members of the Indiana State Board of Education. It is therefore essential that Hoosiers elect a governor that will appoint a board that will support the Superintendent of Public Instruction and the IDOE. John Gregg is the ISTA recommended candidate for the Indiana Governor and Glenda Ritz is the recommended candidate for Indiana State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
The Gregg for Governor campaign announced that it will launch the “Moving Indiana Forward” bus tour on Saturday, October 29. The tour will take John Gregg and Christina Hale to more than 50 communities across the state over seven days.
Superintendent Glenda Ritz, attorney general candidate Lorenzo Arredondo, Evan Bayh and Senator Joe Donnelly are expected to join for portions the tour.
